Welcome to Flash dma (hereinafter referred to as “this site” or “we”). This site is an online store for FPGA electronic products. By accessing or using this site, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.
Thank you for shopping with us. Here are our shipping terms.
1. Shipping Area
We ship from the continental United States and currently only deliver to the continental United States (including Alaska and Hawaii, which may incur extra charges). International shipping or PO Box addresses are not supported.
2. Handling Time
Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Items in stock are shipped the same day.
3. Delivery Time and Fees
Standard delivery time: 3-5 business days Delivery to remote areas may take longer
4. Shipping Confirmation
You will receive an email with a tracking number after your order has been shipped.
5. Delays and Loss
We are not responsible for delivery delays or losses (handled by the carrier). If you encounter any issues, please contact customer service.
6. Customs and Taxes
(If international shipping is supported in the future) All taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Currently, only the continental United States is served, with no extra taxes.
7. Damage or Errors
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and provide photos. We will replace or refund free of charge.
Shipping costs are shown at checkout and are non-refundable.
