Welcome to Flash dma (hereinafter referred to as “this site” or “we”). This site is an online store for FPGA electronic products. By accessing or using this site, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.
Returns and Refunds Electronic products are eligible for a 7-day return policy (from the date of receipt). Products must be unused and in their original packaging. Certain products (such as customised firmware) are non-returnable. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damage and issues
Please confirm the product upon receipt of the order. If the product is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible. I will evaluate the problem and handle it properly.
Refund
We will notify you after receiving the return and inspecting it. In addition, we will notify you whether to approve the refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed within 10 working days using the original settlement method. It may take some time for banks or credit card companies to process and pay for refunds.
